HelP with my pointes shoes! how to make them last longer!?

Hi, I'm having a performance in a week, but the problem is that I ordered a pair, but I wont get them in time. I have a bunch of old pointes and I was wondering If there is anything I can do to make them stronger, in order to dance with them ???

Jet Glue isnt amazing, but it will do the trick if you use the least broken pair you have
Reply:There is really nothing you can do to make them stronger. Depending on how broken in they are they should work fine. You can try the glue but it probably won't work.
Reply:you may have tried this, but why don't u use Jet Glue. It is made specifically for the boxes etc of pointe shoes to make them stronger and hard again and to make them last much longer.

p.s. It is like 10x stronger than super glue and it really does work
Reply:SHELLAC it is my hero lol. It strengthens the blocks but if the backs are really soft on your other shoes theres nothing that you can really do to them.
