Who Manufactures Blowfish shoes?

I purchased a pair of black ballet flats by blowfish last Monday .... by this Monday, the toes have ripped open (forget frayed), the lining has ripped apart on the inside and the soles are starting to peel back.





Does anyone know who manufactures these shoes? I'd like to write to them to explain how poor their frickin' product is!
