Recognition from EVERY Executive in my company, including the CEO - How do I respond?

Hi,

I started a job about 3 months ago (I am actually still within my first 90 day trial period) %26amp; I report directly to the VP of Client Services.

Something happened last week, with my client (it was not my doing - a human error in our IT department) that could have gotten us possibly sued, but I spent about 48 hours putting myself in the direct line of fire of the client's wrath - which is my job - in order to calm them down. My boss was in the hospital at the time, so I handled the situation the best way I know how - put myself in the customer's shoes and let them have a go at me. Frankly I would have been pi#@ed off too, if I were them!

When they finally got to the VP level at my company, I was able to facilitate a rational conversation, which allowed us all to remain calm and to retain the client.

The client has since spoken with my superiors to tell them they like my work %26amp; today, I got 3 emails from 3 different execs, including the CEO, telling me "great job". How do I reply?

Simply say THANK YOU, I was pleased to be able to contribute to the team, I'm glad we were ably to resolve the issue with this client. I am really enjoying my job and appreciate the opportunity to work here. Thanks again for the positive feedback.
