What's the name of that movie where all the people are in a hotel and they have states for last names?

It came out a few years ago, they're all in this hotel and it's all by chance, mostly due to some storm. Then at the end you learn it all takes place in the schizophrenic mind of a serial killer. The one guy's there because his wife was injured by an accident that was caused by a high heel shoe that fell from the suitcase of one of the other characters. They all have the same birthday, because that's when they were created. They all start dying off because the serial killer is going through a process where he needs to kill off the "Bad Personality" which ends up being the little kid at the end of the movie. I think another one of the characters gets stuffed in a dryer, another gets hit with a hoe at the end; another gets hit with a car. Whenever they die there's a room key. You also learn that the owners of the hotel (or maybe the serial killers actual parents) are dead and the fake "owner" just walked onto the scene before the rest. I hope that's enough to identify it.
