Have you ever been so sick that even your hair hurt? So sick that would just rather die?

I've had Flu/Strep throat for the last 3 days, lost 9 pounds ran 103 fever for 3 days, had an IV had 3 shots that felt like lava was in them, and I can't say that I feel much better today. Who else has been in my shoes?

Reply:Of course. That's why it is so important to get a flu shot if you have or live with someone who is diabetic or has some other chronic health condition. Imagine trying to stabilize your blood sugar when you can't eat. The flu can kill them.
Reply:Hun, I think everyone has been there at some point! If your not better again in a few days, as much as you may not want to, I think you should go to your doctor/ER. It could be a symptom of something MUCH worse.

Reply:Not sick but hung over....on my 21st birthday I had um...a ton of shots (not going to say on here because i'll probably be yelled at and believe me i've learned my lesson, and besides i'm 31 now and hardly drink, lol) and I was hung over for 3 days...yep count 'em...3 days. Was hanging my head over the toilet for all those 3 days...was not a pretty site, and I DO NOT recommend it! (my friends I was with still make fun of me...thank goodness it was in my own apartment and not at a club lol)
Reply:I got Food posioning and i barfed out anything i ate even water.





the suckyest part was that this happened when i was getting my yearly check up at the doctors and i told him there was somthing wrong with me.


and he checked.





then he told me there was nothing with me.





I went home and I couldnt bare too look at food.


When i was taking a bath i got a huge headache then i barfed up the lunch i ate at school.


I couldnt sleep because my stomache constently rummbles and ached.


my head was HEAVY AS HELL and my mucsles were weak.


then i went to school.


got a fever i swollowed my own barf.I HAD TOO.


THERE IS NO WAY I AM GOING TO BARF IT OUT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!!!


All the things on my face wasnt working.


my eyes heavy


my mouth dry


my nose plugged


my ears...well....yeah


and my head ached.











nothing worked..


i wanted TOO DIE!!!


i couldnt eat for 3 days....=(


and i had too keep barfing because of the water i drank

Reply:Ahhhh, the horrors of strep...I almost died several years ago when I had it. I spent a week in ICU, soo drugged that I don't remember more than I wish I were dead.
