This latest takeover bid is another attack on one of the last independently owned media outlets left in the world. Will Jerry take the money and run? What would you do if you were in his shoes?

Hostile takeover and get barely anything or agree to takeover and provide conditions to protect your employees? It's not a bad offer, I'm not looking forward to it and will switch to Goggle if it happens but I don't see how he can avoid it.
