How long will Vans last?

Hey, I just bought a pair of Vans on february. I'll probably be skateboarding somewhere around may, or earlier if it gets warmer around here. I was wondering if my Vans shoes will still be in good shape when I start skateboarding. I don't want them to be all ripped up. I use them everyday and when I go outside, to and from school usually.

How long will Vans last?
Vans last AGES. Like years for some people. If you skate with them they'll get ripped up earlier, but the soles are so think and if you aren't skating till then you'll be fine.

if you're talkin about slip ons dont expect em to last very long if you're skatin in em
Reply:mine are starting to get rippped and faded i bought them during the summer and I almost wear them everyday





now i think i might buy a new pair





soo i've had mine for about 7 months, give or take

But vans arent cheap, they are good quality, so they should last you awhile.
Reply:i've had mine since early last year, they look the same as when i bought them (except that the white part isn't as white) so, a long time i guess.
