my shoe sized increased last year by a full size...
i have been told i am taller than i think i am (since my last physical)....
better not be growth cos i am past that age and i am just not interested in any changes.
please i need some expert idea...like when it might be an issue .
thanks
What could possibly be going on?
Do you usually go barefoot at home or wear flip flops? That can cause your feet to grow because they're not getting much support.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say it might be an issue...it already seems to be an issue for you. If you've gotten taller since your last physical that is a change. Did you ask the doc what he thought?
It doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong.
Reply:You are still growing. Enjoy it. Don't be afraid of your body and its development. You are beautiful.
Reply:Well its natures course,
What ever happens, happens for a good reason, not to worry....you are lucky
Now close your eyes, deeply count 100,99,98...to 1.
Now tell your self not to grow physically..until you tell it,
thats it, have dinner and sleep....
you are free from that
If it doesnt work..let me know.
Cheers
Prince
Reply:Shoe sizes do not usually increase once you reach adulthood, unless they are swollen by fluid. If you continue to see an increase, I would consult a doctor, as there may be a hormone imbalance. You should also get it checked out if it IS fluid.
Reply:I know that when Iost weight my foot shrunk, which i thought was weird but maybe its true you did get taller so your foot had to grow to keep up!
